I got my six month raise... soon to file my taxes (which for most of the engineers has been about a 3000 refund) and then I shall continue with my House Hunting. I've already found some REALLY nice Condos I like for under 150k. I'm very excited and anxious and nervous about it all

The raise was a guarantee at my 6 month mark as per my contract. but it was a decent raise. About an extra 200 dollars a month.
