boo. good luck with the job search. i should be participating in the search myself but i was complacent these past few weeks. tomorrow starts the day i will begin hardcore job searching. exciting and scary all at the same time!

i know the feeling after sitting down this week and putting loads of time into searching. its making me contemplate grad school even more, although i hate to struggle through more school while working again. bah.

i came across this (http://2010.census.gov/2010censusjobs/index.php) and thought it might come in handy for you. i was contemplating applying myself. the pay is pretty sweet for a temp job!

Nope. It was a casual temp position. Nothing regular. Ah well!

Do you know the length of you assignment at MOS? You've probably been there for a very long time, so you may not know. MOS probably just continuously extended your contract with the temp agency. I'd call the company you temp for and ask when your assignment is supposed to end - odds are they have something on the books. If the museum is letting you go early, you could file for unemployment. Or at least I know Connecticut state law allows you to do that. I'm not so sure about Massachusetts

Unless Dom's in some weird special situation I didn't know about, there's no temp agency - it's directly through the MoS, with no benefits.
