Beware in that recently someone named Curt Gunz has been spamming my gmail with 'How to Start Your Own Small Group'. Each time I get that gargage I turn it in to the spam-abuse center. Now he is spamming with a 'Church Ministry' title and no e-mail address.

Anyone who knows me and is on my friend's list knows I'm RC and not going to convert. I don't know how that spammer got my e-mail address.

Ummm. Although the concept of the "emergent" church appeals to me in many ways, it is so thick with jargon and neo-tradition that I find the movement to be scarier than the scariest "old-style" church movement! Really. Sad that it has such an image, because there really are some awesome and biblical points that the "emergent" church models.
