Hello LJ, It's Been Awhile. XMortis Edition

Holy Cow! I should post more. June social calender was packed so I'll be kind and just talk about XMortis: Apocolypse! (OK so that was almost a month ago and I just finished editing photos and posting them to Flickr today...)

Usually, the Apocolypse happens in March, though one year it was April. pat_man_ta goes above and beyond to prep for the club

I'm in the middle of editing my Convergence photos, but if you look back at my sets from last year, I got some great group photos with lots of Road Warrior cosplayers. My best costume was still back in 2009 in which I protrayed the feral boy from Road Warrior (complete with boomerang!) as the grown up leader of the Northern Tribe.

*hugs* I'm so sorry that Convergence was painfull, literally for you. I'm still glad that I got to see you, even for such a short time. Hope your next trip will be alot better!

I had a great time -- I definitely needed the wheelchair, but as long as I was in it, I was OK :)

Travel sucked, but travel pretty much always sucks. I still had a grand time, just wished I'd gotten to see more people and had been able to make it to the venue at least once!
