Congratulations on the extra holey belt!

Much as I know single-payer health insurance would be far from problem-free, the more I see and hear about how health insurance works in this country vs. how it works in others, the more I am convinced that single-payer is not just a good idea, it's necessary.

We already have single payer health insurance in the US. It's called the VA. Not very enlightened there.

Also, the CPAP service company called to make the appoointment to fit the mask and train me on the machine. The person wasn't sure about the insurance status, as all she did was schedule appointments, but this implies insurance approved it.

Word. I have a personal rep at both the insurance commission AND my insurance company now because of what dicks Fallon has been.

Oh, and the Fallon rep was acquired via their MARKETING department, not customer service. Because my husband is considered important enough at his company that Fallon was afraid he'd convince his bosses to switch companies.

(He's still trying anyway-if I weren't on bedrest at home I don't know if I'd have the time it's taken to deal with them, and that's nuts.)
