Oven's heating for my bread going in :) I'm using up the multigrain mix I got, and just using some plain flour for the rest, I think it's about half and half. Since I had more time today than the last time I made it I think I'm doing better (getting 2 loaves since I had time to let it rise). Also using a saucepan and the bowl the dough was in as a bain marie type thing helps rising since it's not 30 C here yet.

I have bread! Two loaves! 25 minutes definitely was enough. Just waiting for the oven to cool down enough for the banana bread to go in now, and since I heard something just go 'click' over there, it might be time.

Sounds like you're doing pretty well to me.

Riding at sunset/sunrise can indeed be glorious.

I have the same problem. When I do get a good moment up and about, it's bogged down in house stuff, and I don't feel like I've gotten much done.
I'm constantly battling with myself trying to reassure myself I've got enough done. You're not alone on that one.

dry pailing is what we do, too. And depending on your nappies, you may not need anything to assist poo removal (once they become more solid)... micro fibre usually allows a flick to suffice.
