The house was quiet apart from the sound of the TV blaring out the Croatia Germany match. Sean’s eyes were alight and he was giving Orlando his usual running commentary.
Orlando was watching anyway. He didn’t need a running commentary but he was so relieved to have Sean to himself, that he didn’t try and stop the usual ranting and raving.
And it had to be said Sean was on fine form tonight. He was old school was Sean, he was happy for almost anyone to win but there were exceptions as any self respecting England fan could have told you.
When first Srna then Olic sent the ball to the back of the net, both goals sent Sean to his feet in a cross between a jig and a dance that would’ve made Ricky Gervais’ cringe worthy turn as David Brent look well choreographed.
It was more than flesh and blood could bear, Orlando hiccupped, he made a strange noise and then he begun to laugh. Not even Germany’s Podolski clawing one back in the seventy eighth minute could dampen his mirth.
Sean grinned. “Give it a rest ‘Lan, you’re always laughing at me,” he gave his helpless lover a hand to sit up straight.
“Baby,” Orlando was boneless and limp, tears rolling down his face. “I wish I’d got that on camera. All your girlie fans would’ve done a double take if they’d seen it.”
“Yeah well, Croatia just stuffed the Germans, it doesn’t get much better n that, unless it’s us stuffing the Germans,” Sean sighed.
“Forget the fucking Germans and fuck me instead,” Orlando glanced at his watch. “You’ve got half an hour before we need to be ready for the next match and I wanna feel your big cock plugging my arse…”
It would’ve taken the most zealous of zealot to turn that offer down…
