Confused

I don't understand how life can change in a blink of an eye. Yesterday was my birthday. It was one of the best days I have had in a long time. Well I should say untill I drove into my drive way it was great. As I drove into the yard I really saw the world I live in. I hit bottom mentally but only for a moment. I didn't want anything to touch
