Static Comics

I hope someone sees this....

I have seen so much about this in fandom, and so few people seems to have read the comics. I posted these scans of 16-22 now to shed light on he matter. These scans from the issues are the ones dealing with Rick being gay (spoiler?), and how his friends are dealing with it.. I tried to do this scans_daily stale, but I assure you I have failed. If anyone has any questions or wants some more elaborated details about any of it, feel free to ask. I know I didn't do much explain between the scans.

T
Now since issue #1 Chuck has been making jokes and Rick has been vague annoyed to very pissed about them. Also, you know something is up, if you've been paying attention (and you know it's coming ^^;;).

Anyway, in issue #16 Static takes out a villain called Joyride. After he finds out the is no easy way to change back he goes on patrol. All is quite until he he's a scream....

He dose really. Palisade, a crazy rainbow welding guy on a horse, shows up and make getting to the hospital slower than it should be. Here we move to #17....

Static talks Palisade out of fighting and gets Rick to the hospital. V goes home to call Frieda (his Best Friend in the comics).

Palisade vows to do something stupid, and Static is at a loss as to what to do about it.

So he put it as a comic book plot his buddies to see what they come up with. On there way out was have this little scene with Chuck...

Static uses his plan to stop Palisade, though it doesn't work quite as it is suppose to. Comic book logic, you know?

Issue 17 ends with this page:

Issue 18 opens where 17 stopped, in the school hallway.

Here a new villain, Nightmare, shows up. She is out to get evil men. More villain butt kicking ensues. Now, when I say "villain butt kicking," I mean Static loses, and she gets away.

(Okay, so that last bit doesn't have anything to do with it...)

Static rushes off the stop Nightmare.

He goes home argues with his sister, beats his day at video games, and picks up the phone for his nightly call with Freida.

On to #19....(but sure to read that title)

It's DADDY!

Static's night in the rain makes him sick, and he is left at home the next day to think...

We move to the day of the rally. This day we learn even more THIS CITY'S COPS SUCK. They also are happy about and of the people gathering.

Here are the Sons of Odin, a big raciest gang group in town. There leader is also someone we've seen before, Hotstreak.

Hotstreak and Static exchange blows, but Static is losing badly due to his cold. With a cliffhanger ending we move to issue 20.... Static barely puts down Hotstreak down, then collapses himself.

Hotstreak has to be put down a second time. The cops then give static a hard time until one is oddly happy to see him off. This leads to Daisy and her mom getting arrested.

(In Static #1 Frieda is grabbed by Hotstreak's goons right out of class. Virgil runs off to save the day, and is succeeding until he gets a good look at Hotstreak's face. More on that in A superhero is born)

Issue 21 is a filler type issue that's just for fun. Everyone is friends again as they head off to the movies... ♥

I give you this bit, because it is part to what happen in #22: THE RABID CHIHUAHUAS OF DOOM!

I give you to these in links because they have nothing to do with the fact that Rick is gay, but is dose give him more characterization so I don't think anyone will mind.

More evil dogs...

And I haven't read much passed this, so I'm thinking is becomes a background issue from here.

If someone were to drop me there e-mail address, by soma magic Static might show up in there inbox.....
