Haunty Halloween

No, I don't think I can do 31 Halloween drawings-I've already missed a day-but I do want to make something maybe every other day or every third day. First up, a rainy-day ghost.

Starting out with cutesy, not scary, but I have some creepy ideas for later. Anyone know any good monsters to draw?

Wow, love the awesome bat umbrella!
Rain can be done in a couple of filters: Noise filter, monochromatic setting. Motion blur, set layer to screen.

Certainly you can start with all the Universal monsters. :]

Ah, screen layer, that's the secret! I manually put brush strokes around with a vertical liney brush and tilted it. I have a few ideas for some classic monsters...
