that bass is nasty. shit must be expensive tho.

it's a great look for a stingray (as is white w/ a black pickguard,) but ernie ball basses aren't nearly as well made as the original musicman stingrays. go on ebay and find a '77 or a '79. you can get them for around a grand, maybe a little more or less. which is less than a brand new stingray, and the vintage ones are better (thru-body, stringing, better woods, etc. they just sound nicer.)

yeah totally. i was looking at some pre-ernie ball musicmans. im into vintage stuff too. im looking for a 78 p bass.

man, what i would KILL for is a pre-CBS fender jazz; like, a '62, when they had the two stacked pot instead of the three.

i really have to stop looking at basses i wanna buy; since i already have a custom bass on order right now!
