You'll have to figure out your own proportions, of course, but here's what I had:
A few ladles (or just big spoons) of pineapple chunks 1 mango (from time to time a few strawberries) 3/4c Orange juice 1c orange sherbet 1c ice 1/2 to 1 banana
I've stopped actually measuring stuff, so it took me a while to remember some of the original quantities.
