am i crazy for thinking that retaining customers is an important business motto to have? apparently so as at&t pretty much gave me a big FU ( Read more... )

That's .. odd? Considering you probably hadn't upgraded your phone through AT&T in a while (last time I checked you had an unlocked S710a?), they're supposed to let you have new customer pricing, and they should've also noticed how long you've been a customer.

I suggest trying a corporate store, but I understand if you're pretty set on cancelling, if I were spoken to that way, I'd be doing the same.

yeah, stil lusing the s710a which i got when the first starwars movie came out. dumb kid anakin.

i'm actually on a corporate program as well.
