Today, Valentine's Day, is bittersweet. It marks 15 years since we welcomed Daisy into our family. That was probably the happiest day of my life. But it also marks three months since the worst day of my life - the day Daisy passed away. Due to several health complications, we made the painful decision to put Daisy to sleep. She was in a lot of pain
