There was a purple-pink wave of smoke as two figures appeared. The first is the person that goes with the smoke and teleporting. The other was, well, Roxas. Not someone that goes with the girly teleport smoke. "See, way cooler than walking here," Megan added to her traveling partner before she started looking around.

"Whoa, lotta neat games here. Takes me back," She flew around examining the boxes of board games, "We had a lot of these at the institute but... we've been too distracted to play. Except Santo and his video games." She shrugged, spun in the air, and landed, "Hi Sora!"

Roxas blinked, a little surprised to find they were practically on top of the board games rather than just ... outside the hotel. He hadn't meant for Megan to actually come with him.

He hunched his shoulders a little, angling himself away from her as though to deny any association, despite the fact that he'd arrived with her teleport. "Yeah, uh, thanks," he said, frowning. "You can go now."

While he'd seen Megan teleport before, specifically when they were rescued from Roosevelt Island, it was still more than a little shocking to suddenly have her pop in out of nowhere...the lobby did have a perfectly functioning door. "Woah...hi, Megan!"

Despite Roxas's grouchy disposition, Sora still broke out into a huge smile at seeing him there. He hadn't been expecting Roxas to actually show up, as usually Roxas didn't stop by the hotel unless he absolutely had to. Maybe he was starting to be a little more receptive to the heart thing.

"Roxas! I didn't know you were coming!" he exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear. His Nobody would definitely be feeling his relief.

Tara didn't know what she was doing, coming back to Bryant Park. Had she left something in her room? No, she didn't have anything to begin with. Maybe she just got nostalgic. With Beast Boy knowing where she lived and her still not all the way comfortable with hanging around him all the time (though it was pretty nice), maybe she just wanted some fresh air, as it were.

Besides, she'd seen a few of the people there around before, and, well. Maybe it would be a good idea to keep more than a few friends. Maybe. As Tara opened the door to the lobby and saw those telltale plastic Stratocasters, though, that "maybe" turned into "definitely". A friend in need was a friend indeed, but a friend with Rock Band was better.

Nobody looked all that familiar (not that there was much of a crowd), but the one guy with the goofy shoes at least stuck out in her mind. "Sora! What's up?" she called to him, hoping she got his name right. It had been a little while. "You've got video games around here? And nobody told me?" Because he knew who she was. ( ... )

((OOC: DDR is 2 player, so naturally the players will rotate doing sexy and/or goofy things while the others watch.))

Megan flew around setting things up. While most people would be happy with Rock Band, she wanted to play a different game on the game consoles. Hopefully these guys would be able to do some, it's not hard to learn, just hard to master.

She set-up the metal pads and plugged everything in. Doing a quick and easy test run on End of the Century to make sure the Pad worked. Everything seemed to be in order. She even threw in a few aerial flourishes to her run, it wasn't on a high difficulty and she had these wings, might as well take advantage. Once she was done she posed as she waited for her solid A ranking to scroll on the screen.

"Hehe! Still can do it." She hopped down and waited for one of the others to give it a try. Which was the most fun of the game, to see what others did while playing.
