Characters: Kang, Miwako Content: Kang needs some better clothes. Sorry Kaylee! Location: Madison Square Garden Date: Wednesday, February 18 Time of Day: Early afternoon Warnings: Uh... maybe some very mild language.
It'd been a while since she was this busy, but Miwako didn't mind that one bit. It kept her mind off of things, which was what she needed. She skipped to Madison Square Garden in her rocking horse shoes and fluffy lolita dress, excited to meet her new client. She held one hand to the fading bruise from that vampire bite... It made her wary of being so kind to new people... her kindness had been taken advantage of on a few occasions... Running her fingers over the bruise, she felt the two puncture marks and sighed heavily. It'd bruised because she moved around so much... she was sure of it... But... why was she making excuses now?
Hopefully leaving the apartment this time wouldn't get her in trouble... as it seemed to always do in the past.
Upon reaching their meeting place, she glanced around until she saw him. Well... at least that had to be him. No one else really matched the description... She shuffled forward. "Ah.... Kang?"
He'd spread his wings slightly, unconsciously, enjoying the sun, and when the human approached him, he started, having been a little lost in thoughts of home. Kang shook his head and shifted his wings back under his cloak, "Yes, that's me. You are... Miwaki?" That was wrong, he knew it, but he knew also that he was close.
Kang stood up and held out his hand in greeting, "I apologize if I got your name wrong."
Miwako couldn't help but stare. Of all the things she'd seen in Manhattan.. Well.. he was the first of his kind she'd seen at least. She smiled slightly and nodded her head, awkwardly taking his hand and shaking it. "Ah... It's okay!" she assured him. "Miwako."
She glanced around. They weren't too far from where she'd set up her table... "I have my measuring tape and notebook over there," she informed him, pointing at her sewing corner. "We can get started if you'd like."
Kang was used to humans staring at him. He was careful to keep his claws from her skin, "Ahhh, Miwako. I knew I was close."
He hadn't even seen her little setup, tucked away in a corner. Mentally chiding himself for his inattentiveness, the bozak turned towards it with a quiet chuckle, "Alright. ...as you can see, what I have right now isn't going to last for very long."
