Miwako had instructed him to not enter the apartment building, but to wait for her at the entrance to it. She didn't want the alarms going off, and she was positive she wouldn't have to worry about anything with this man. She skipped down the flight of stairs and was just in time to hear the knock on the door.

Careful not to trip over her rocking horse shoes, she skid to a quick halt, smoothing out her bright pink lolita dress trimmed with hearts. Opening the door for him, she smiled brightly. "Good Afternoon!"

Clari looked down. He had, given the way she talked, expected someone cute, but it was clear he had had no idea what he was in for. "Um. Hello," He said after a moment, then, "My name's Clari, I'm the one with a bit of a sewing odd job." He indicated the bag as the holder of aforementioned odd job. "It's a book." He didn't bother asking if she was Miwako. She had to be.

Miwako smiled widely. "It's nice to meet you, Mr. Clari. I'm Miwako~" she introduced herself as she let him in and closed the door behind him. "Here, we can talk about what needs to be done upstairs... I do all my sewing out of my apartment!"

She grabbed his free hand led the way up to her apartment, humming a song under her breath as they walked. When they reached her apartment, she opened it and let him in, directing him to the living room where she'd set up shop.

Piles of fabric were shoved in the corner, some in plastic bins and some scattered on the floor. A few dress forms sat with half finish projects on them, but the area where she did her actual sewing was pristine. She sat on the couch and offered him a seat. "So! A book? What's Miwako doing for it?"

He let her sweep him along--he was really going to have to work on getting his dignity back when around startlingly cute persons. Her room was certainly impressive--if he had been lacking confidence in her abilities as a seamstress, it would have been restored right away.

"I need a ribbon attached to it," Clari said as he pulled all three items out of the bad--padded cloth-bound book, red ribbon, and golden lock. "I want the ribbon to go like this," He demonstrated, wrapping the ribbon around the middle of the book, "So it can be tied and then locked shut."
