Raven walked through the lobby of the Mansfield on his way up to his room. The banner caught his eye and he asked to no one in particular, "Welcome home to this place?"
Usagi smiled at the stranger. Even if she didn't know him, she'd be friendly anyway. "Yeah! People got kidnapped not long ago, and they got bitten too, but now everyone's feeling better so it's time for a party. And I promised Minako-chan one."
Minako knew Usagi had been planning this. She didn't really know why, but she figured her Princess was the type to do things like this without too much of a reason. While Minako wasn't much of a people person, it was her Karaoke Bar and a party in hers (and the others') honor.
She curled her hair and found a cute black mini-dress just for the occasion. Walking into the room (her heels clicking on the floor), she folded her hands in front of her and looked around. Very few people had shown up so far, but that was likely to change as time went on.
Usagi turned at the sound of approaching heels with a smile. "Ah! Minako-chan! You look great! Like you're ready for a big live show or something." She snatched up the book of songs and the microphone and pushed both into her hands. "You get the first song. We have to start the party right, after all."
"I'm sure anything would be awesome." She grinned still. Some days, it's hard to tell that there is all the weight of the earth's fate on her shoulders.
Michiru had told Haruka she was going to the party for the Venusian senshi, and had hinted that Haruka should go too. She wasn't sure if her hints got through to the woman or not. In a black and white tuxedo-dress, Michiru had gone for a simpler look than normal (the diamonds on her ears and neck breaking up the simplicity just a bit).
"This is so cute," she mused to herself with a smile as she glanced around at the decorations Usagi had put up. It might not have been her Usagi, but the girls were similar enough... It helped ease her homesickness a bit, really.
"I'm glad you like it, Michiru-san," she smiled at the older woman. Sailors Uranus and Neptune were truly a mystery to her, and Luna and Artemis had never said anything about any other senshi outside of herself, Mercury, Mars, Venus, and Jupiter. She supposed it made sense, though, so she was willing to trust them immediately. The Princess would have told her if they were working for the Dark Kingdom, anyway.
Michiru was almost startled as the girl appeared next to her. She smiled and laughed softly. "You certainly put a lot of heart into this, Usagi-chan. I'm sure all the victims and their friends will appreciate it."
Yachiru was sitting on the snack table in her pretty lacy pink dress, legs swinging back and forth as she sucked on a lollipop. For now she was surprisingly quiet, content to enjoy her treat and watch the people around her. How long that would last, no one could say, not even her....
Sephiroth honestly had no idea why he had actually shown up to this party. He had never really liked parties, but then again, all his previous parties had been official Shinra functions he had been unable to avoid. Perhaps it was curiosity that had brought the ex-General to the Mansfield Hotel or perhaps he had simply spent too much time doing nothing at all that even a party sounded interesting.
Whatever the reason, Sephiroth had come though and it was too late to turn back now. He slipped inside quietly, hoping to find a secluded spot from which to observe the rest of the party. He would be quite content to be ignored until he left.

Eyes wide as the girl shoved the book of songs and the microphone in her hands, she giggled softly. "Ah... Well, if Usagi-chan insists... "
She glanced down at the book, not quite sure what to sing. "Is there a song you want to hear?"

If only more people would show up, that is.
