He stood upon a street sign on that fateful morning, wing entended upon the pavement in waiting. The shadow it cast flooded the light cast from the sunrise, flooded any light that may have existed in that city.
Never again would it shine.

The call of darkness was an irresistable pull, one Cloud would learn to accept, one way or another. He would show him, he could corrupt him.
The thought brought a smile to his face. Everything would die. Everyone would die. He stood no chance.
The wing flapped, a single black feather lazily floated onto the stone, signaling his presence.
"Where, oh, where are you...?" He murmured softly, glancing out to the horizon.
