When- Right after Sephiroth called Chii out. ._.
Where- Anystreet Manhattan. (Gato fails at locations.)
What- Chii said she'd scratch Sephiroth's face off. Sephy told her to bring it on. ._.

Sephiroth honestly saw no competition or threat whatsoever from the loudmouthed cat, but she had been loudmouthed. And if she'd started babbling about his intentions to everyone in the city, especially when he was trying to gain their trust, it was a problem. People liked kittens. They would believe her.

So he'd kill her. And blame it on the crabs.

Hearing the shout, the silver-haired man calmly turned to her direction, an arrogant smirk on his face. He waved her over.

"Hello."

Chii's fur bristled as she instinctively tried to make herself appear much bigger than she was.

"Chii found you, Scary-man!" she said, hissing. "Now Chii will teach you a lesson!" she raised a paw and extended her claws, to show how fierce she was!

Was that supposed to scare him? It was failing miserably.

Unfazed, the silver-haired man walked over to the kitten and glared in her direction for a few brief moments. Without warning, he kicked her in the side, mainly to prove how stupid she had been for even considering battling him.

"Try again." He said, his tone calm and even.

Chii went flying! Luckily for her, she landed in a pile of relatively soft trash. After the shock wore off, and her side started to hurt, she pulled herself out of the garbage with a bit of difficulty and shook whatever may have stuck to her off.

"Chii will beat Scary-man!" she declared, though she was much more scared now....her pride just wouldn't let her quit.
