Raven needed to go somewhere quiet. She'd been meditating, or trying to, but the bustle of everyone working on so many different things was too distracting. And, for some reason, it was harder for her to concentrate on something here than it was back at the Tower.

"Terra...?"

She walked out of the shop and paused, staring at the girl in front of her. That was Terra's voice she'd heard! And there was no denying it now, not when they were face to face like this.

"I knew it," she said simply.

Oh, no. Just who she needed. Her head whipped around just to be sure of the voice -- not that she could mistake it for anyone else -- and she gasped wordlessly. All it took was a flash of purple to seal the deal. Terra's heart started to race, her eyes widened, and she was off, turning around and running away just as fast as her legs could take her.

"Wait!" She took off after Terra, chanting her mantra as she made a wall of magic to keep her from running.

"Beast Boy was right," she said, mostly to herself. "You are alive."

Terra almost skidded to a halt, feeling like a rat in a cage. And weren't rats food for birds of prey? Great. Great metaphor there, girl. But what did she say about Beast Boy? What was... what?

No, she'd worry about that some other time. Hopefully never again. Hopefully she could just find a little hole to hide in and never come out and stay safe from anyone who'd recognize her, anyone who knew what she could do and would do anything to stop her from ever doing it again. But as Terra looked around, it slowly dawned on her that there wasn't anything she could do, and if she didn't calm down soon...

That thought didn't help her any, and she just started running at the wall, pounding on it with her fists and hoping that just maybe it would crack or break or shatter or anything. Just to let her out.
