I think a garden would be nice. It wouldn't be too hard to clear out an area in the back and we're close to the river so we have a good supply of water around.

Extending the house wouldn't be a bad idea too. Depending on the condition of the neighboring apartments, it might be easy enough to take down a wall and expand that way.

It's a good idea expanding the apartment, too. Not that I mind, but Sanzo's sleepin' in my room and it'd be nice to have my own room again. For when he's pissed at stuff. I've been locked out of my own room a couple'a times now. I'll do whatever you need me to do! Just let me know!
