Hi hi hi, sorry I didn't post last week, but Daisuke was nowhere to be found and neither was my brain. /o\
Ms.
unimagine, who is not lazy and thus finds things on the interwebs, linked me to this video, and I decided to put my translator to work so I could make this post (hey, html is hard, ok).
So, erm, Daisuke's doing things.

the translation is almost perfect, except for this part:
The song and the program do a good job of showing my [skills?]
this actually means:
with (darker, slower) music and program, you have more room to make it work, if you have the skills.
I'm so glad to hear that he's doing all this to win!!!

IKR. I think I noticed the change in balance/stroke here (lol, let's pretend I know what I'm talking about). He does sound like he's done the "soul searching" Shae-Lynn mentioned and he knows what he wants now. :))
still worried about the stupid quads

I'm glad he knows what he wants now. That's the most important thing. TBH I love his 'flashy' programs, but I also love that he's always trying different things. He's such a versatile skater. With more subdued programs it will be harder to get the audience to feel the program with him, but Dai is very charismatic, I think he can do it. :3
I really really hope he goes to Sochi but I'm so nervous about it that I don't like thinking about it. ;____; Anyways GO DAI GO KICK ASS THIS SEASON
now PLEASE FTLOG GET YOUR QUAD BACK ajslkdf;kja /worry
