United Airlines' utter lack of support for a disabled passenger.

United kind of suck. On internal flights in the US, they don't feed you. You can buy a food parcel, but it's poor value. During the 5 hours between San Francisco and Hawaii I had the option of spending ~$10 on some crappy crisps and stale sandwiches, or having a big lunch before going to the departure lounge.

I went for the big lunch, needless to say.
