I saw this post on one of my friend's journals and thought I would spread the word to everyone reading mine. Doesn't hurt to do a backup, especially if you have put lots and lots of content on your journal.

Thanks for the heads-up. I try to copy off some of my "greatest hits" (i.e. Mistress Organica and travel stories) to Word.
