Spaghetti Casserole

This is another one I've tried recently, and (bear with me) another crock-pot recipe.  I have to say, it was even better than regular spaghetti.  For one thing, you don't cook the noodles ahead of time, even though they are just regular spaghetti noodles.  Also, you know how regular spaghetti gets your plate all messy, with liquid draining through ( Read more... )

Just made this for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit! My kids want the leftovers in a thermos for school lunch tomorrow and my husbands says he likes it much better than regular spaghetti. The only problem I had ws that the white sauce was VERY thick and not really pourable - is that right or should it be looser?

Do you mind if I post this over on what_a_crock? LJ for crockpot lovers. ;-)

I'm so glad you liked it! And yes, my white sauce was very thick (more cheesy than saucy) too. I "spread" it more than I poured it. But my husband also liked it better than traditional spaghetti.
