Did the first Garfield even do well? Can't Hollywood come up with any original ideas anymore? Geesh.

It found a "respectable" niche at the boxoffice. It was fairly cheap to make, as it was just one (poorly done) cgi cat in what looked like a TV movie.

I though John Malcovich swore off Blockbusters. (He turned down the villain role in Spider-Man.) I suppose the thought of Lord of the Rings money is a little too tempting.

Somehow, I think Jon Voight would be better suited towards playing the current pope.

Somehow Will Ferrell and NASCAR are both sued up enough that I have no interest in the movie.
