So the Patil twins are important, and SIRIUS isn't?

Wow. Great thinking WB.

They did say the list didn't include really obvious characters; they may have assumed he was a given.

Oh, wow. A Ghibli take on Le Guin's Earthsea material? This has a good chance of not sucking. Wow.

And, looking at that Marvel thing about The Hulk... did you notice the "Fantastic Four 2" being marked as 'in scripting' toward a 2007 release? Was the world clamoring for a sequel to that turkey or something? Oi vey...

Gyllenhaal as Two-Face? Isn't he kind of young? Hmmm. ALthough, it's possible that he's just going to be introduced as Harvey Dent, Bruce Wayne's pal, so that him becoming Two-Face in a movie following is a bit more tragic. Considering that the writer is a huge DC geek (and that BB was more faithful to the comics than some fans realized) and stated in an article I read that was what he wanted to do. Of course, this was before BB even came out, and what the writer wants isn't always what happens.

Still, it'd be cool if that were the case.

I have heard that it would be mostly Harvey Dent in this next movie, and I guess the transition to Two-Face by the end of it, with Two-Face in the third movie. As much as I like Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal might be a better fit with Christian Bale--their fame levels are much closer.

As I understand it, Nolan really wants Liev Schrieber for the role.

And by the way, maybe Luhrman as nothing to fear from Crowe, as he's able to render him a big ol' softy
