also, i'm taking the beard to mean that damon is so distraught/upset/sad to be away from graham. and he's wearing the same outfit to remind himself of the ~good old days~ from a few weeks ago

I can't stop laughing at the BLAZER. He throws on that blazer like it turns the whole outfit around or something.

I think he's rocking the beard, though. It makes him look the kind of intense he liked to pretend he was when he was younger.
