I've made it through another whole month of walking every day for at least 30 minutes.

Hang in there, friend! Keep walking. I have a great chiropractor if you are interested in that path for your back.

Thank you, my friend. My back pain seems to be subsiding, so I'm hopeful. Doc mentioned sending me to physical therapy for it if it was still hurting in 4-6 weeks.

Hey there,
Try wearing compression socks (they are like knee-highs) as they stabilize the knees more and support the leg muscles better for walking/running. The good ones cost around $35 but they really DO work.
