I think you should better drop the black things tought. Pastel are hard to coord with black. As in your first coord, I would switch the blouse for a totally white one (or rip off the lace) and take some borwn shoes to go with :)

I'll have to agree on the others with the first outfit; The black just pops and doesn't mesh well.
I also find that blouse to be a tad costumey; It's just the black lace and the puffed out sleeve that does it for me.
However this is just my opinion and mine alone.

For the second outfit you did good; However the black tights just steal all the attention. It should be on you and your pretty dress!
A pair of white tights would perfect that - Or white knee-highs.

Also; Your hair. So cute. It's perfect!

You've got a good grasp from the get-go and you're absolutely adorable. Keep it up girl! Post more. <3
