First post! Long-time fan, first time wearer~

Hello all!
The name's Nickle, and I'm 25 years old, from Upstate NY. ^^
I've been into Lolita fashion for nearly 10 years now, but only starting wearing it in the last month. :O

I'm kind of off-put by the addition of mint to the first coordinate, if you're comfortable with me being completely honest. The colors are not contrasting enough, plus the cut of the vest exposes the armpits of the JSK in an unflattering way, so, personally, I would wear them separately from one another. I'd love to see the jsk on its own though - it looks cute!

Love all the other coordinates, though! They're very pretty casual outfits that I can see someone wearing to any sort of daytime event. And that brown bob wig looks great on you!

Mint+brown was my original idea with that coord, but the fabric we ended up going with has more pink in it than I intended. ^^; There wasn't much to choose from unfortunately. :( (Personally I still love the mint color~ But then again I have an unhealthy obsession with it, so go figure! XD)
But I completely agree about the exposed underarm area! I think this is due to the vest's neck strap being too long. I'll see if my mom can take it in a bit before the convention. :)
I had forgotten to take a photo without the vest, and I had meant to! ;A; Next time I put it on, I'll try to remember to take one!

Thanks so much! Yep, pretty casual for now, at least till I get the hang of styling myself/get more pieces (ALL THE PIECES! *w*). ^__^

In the second coord, are you wearing the mint x brown wig? If so, I would remove that from the coord, since there really isn't any mint in it.

Yes, but it was just cuz I was already wearing it and I wanted to show off the skirt. XD I wouldn't wear it with that coord as-is. :3 (First and second coord pics were taken back-to-back)

Just as a bit of advice, when you post a picture, make sure it's the best possible picture of that coord. If there's anything you didn't like about that coord, change it before you snap a picture. That way you don't have a bunch of people telling you things you already know, and can focus on more detailed/aesthetic style con-crit. :D

I love mint also, but ngl I really would love to see that first coord sans mint vest and with the brown bob wig from your last coord instead of the split wig. btw you are adorable ^_^

The wig, though, is going to be my Yuna wig oncce I get around to styling it. Do you think it'll still look cute one it's styled like this?
