I am loving how you write her already! Everybody writes her playful, teasing frivolousness as her true personality. I dunno, I think she's a darker character than she lets on, who gives clients that fun, playful, naughty-girl side of her personality when she thinks they want/need it. She can be anybody, really... personally, I've always thought she was a pretty smart and savvy cookie, having run an Empire of Vice and all.
And yeah, Dan's so conflicted. >:D And he wannnnnnts it, he wantssss the preciousss :O
gosh darn it i am the least competent proofreader ever.
Oh, man, that's great. I love Twilight Lady actually acting like a villain and Nite Owl essentially trying to be the policeman but still getting the "OMG WANT!" feelings. Good stuff.
This is terrific! I love how you portrayed Twilight Lady's business side of taking care of paperwork and those boring things that are still important, especially when you're keeping girls off the street and on a payroll.
are doing absolutely nothing to curb rising oblessness and inflation Forgot the 'j' in 'joblessness'.
Thank you! TL still has to hustle, she's not just going to lounge around all day. But yeah, she has even more traditional job experience than Dan, if you think about it... xD
