Does it bother anyone else that at the beginning of the new U2 song, Bono sings '1, 2, 3...14'?

First day at the job went well. It was a pretty slow day and a laid back office which is nice. The other PA and the receptionist, my comrades in bottom-of-the-rung jobs, are both very cool and I had fun hanging out with them. Alright, done drooling now. So glad the new TV season has started again.

Just got the official word that I got the apartment I really wanted. It's a gorgeous place. I get my own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a bit on the small side, but the rest of the apartment is huge. Has anyone used roomates.com before? I did the free sign up so I could poke around a little bit, but is it worth it to pay for the upgrade to read messages and such?

Alternatively, does anyone know of someone in LA who needs a roommate starting in August?

So I'm off to LA on Monday in much better spirits now as I have 3 interviews set up for next week. Granted they're all for unpaid internships, but people might want to actually employ me someday! As soon as I'm settled in there I'm sure I'll tell you all about it. And classes start next Tuesday. Yay being excited again.
