So I've been running (well jogging/walking, but that takes to long to say) 3-4 times a week for the past 3-4 weeks and I'm definitely noticing an improvement in my stamina. Not that I'm in great shape yet or anything, but I can go longer before I want to fall down and die. I'm so happy to have finally reached that point where the exercise is part ( Read more... )
