RAGE. RAGE. THERE ARE NOT WORDS FOR MY INCOHERENT RAGE.

I know someone who is trans. And some people purposely (at least that's how it FEELS) refer to him by the wrong pronoun all the time. He has been 'he' since BEFORE he came here. So there's absolutely NO reason to call him 'her' or 'she'.
