Hmm. This actually has a very long back story that I didn't even bother writing about.

In the first piece (the prequel), their age in 2012 is the same age that they have right now. Five or six years later, Hyunae is born. They live their separate lives until one day, Yonghwa realizes that he needs Seohyun back in his life. At 44, he left everything (sold his house, his record deals, collected his royalties, faked his death since he became an icon in Japan at 44) to follow Seohyun, who went to the Philippines with her husband for her husband's business. He eventually found Seohyun, but Seohyun never forgave him for what he did between the end of the first piece and 2012. So she shooed him away, which broke her. She eventually separated with her husband, and lived alone in the Philippines, hoping that Yonghwa might find her one day.

That's the back story for this one. And I won't spoil what happened between the end of the first piece and 2012, because this is too emotional for me. Yeah.

Yeah. It was fun writing this one, but after I finished and realize that I wrote this, my heart became a lot heavier.

Haha, this story happened because of the homeless foreigner I frequently see. I never thought that a homeless Caucasian is a possibility in a third world country, but apparently, it is. :P
