Today during lunch contemplation/drawn-out-chat, we couldn't decide where to go. As usual. I said I was kind of feeling like Mexican today, but that unfortunately there weren't any nearby Mexican eateries nor was the Tijuana Flats particularly fast. This is me forgetting that there used to be a Moe's and that a Pancheros was in the same shopping

No, this was the restaurant at Gateway Crossing Publix shopping center in Maitland. However, my classmates and I would often go to the Church St. location back when we still attended FIEA, UCF's video game grad school across from the Amway Arena.
Were you Google'ing "panchero's nachos?" Looks like I'm the second link. Interesting.
