+ Spanish five times a week: a Chapter 3 en Harry; a unit treinta en Spanish Now.I definitely got better at picking up Spanish again after almost completely avoiding it during December; however, I still didn't do it enough or as consistently as I would like. I love spinach lasagna roll ups. Mmmmmm..... My mom makes them all the time and when she doesn't have a lot of time, she gets those giant shells and fills them up instead of rolling them. But I'm sure that wouldn't be as much fun. haha

so that curry chickeny recipe looked really good, so I decided to make it. It was quite tasty! Although it ended up taking me a really long time because I got overambitious and decided to make naan as well.
