It's Millennium Park, btw, it's like the Central Park or Hyde Park of Chicago.

OMG THE RIVIERA IS TOTALLY WHERE WE SAW THE DECEMBERISTS

Also, it's a stingray. Manta rays have wings. "SHIT YEAH SHARKS" really amused me for some reason.

WHERE ARE THE COOKIE PICTURES YOU SLUT

ETA: THAT IS TOTALLY THE SCHAUMBURG IKEA. I LIVED NEXT TO THAT THING IN A RESIDENCE INN FOR LIKE TWO WEEKS WHEN WE MOVED TO IL. BEST THING EVAR.

Are you serious?! Wow, that'll be a big change! I'll miss the Haunted Bookshop building, although I guess heating costs maybe aren't the best in there? Are you moving the ghosts too?

Damn straight, this was all Claire's idea in the first place.

The building: will be missed in spirit, but not in body. Heating costs, sewage backing up in the basement, yard work and snow shoveling because the landlord won't pay people to do it, landlord waffling about doubling my rent... no, won't miss that. Fireplaces, yes, housey-ness, yes, being on the outer rim of downtown, no. Snowman building, yes. Drunks busting up my snowmen because all the much-touted "foot traffic" that is supposed to make my rent worthwhile here is drunken louts at 2am, no.

Hey D, you know what? I will never call you in to work on your days off (unless I or one of the cats has to be hospitalized, and even then I'll ask other people first).
