I've rather abandoned this little side journal. Don't mean to but since I bought a new house a month ago I've been moving every night, buying stuff for my house, and settling in. This is my very first home and I love it. It's a two-storyhouse with 3-bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a 2-car garage, a living room, dining room, utility room, and kitchen. It ( Read more... )

ms. pena!!!! i miss you soo much. i can't wait to come visit you when all the HISD kids go back to school. i start college in january. I am going to stay in houston. I want to move out, but then again, if i stay with my parents, i get free food and housing for 5 months. who knows what I will do. I am just happy to almost be done with school. I take my BCIS, Gov., and Eco. tests next monday. and since i will pass, i graduate on august 14 with the other summer school graduates from HISD. I am looking for a job, but I can't find one, but I figure that when school starts again, there will be job opening because kids will ahve to go back to school

I am so happy that you have your new house all situated. That is awesome. I am extremely proud of you. When I come visit you at lamar, I'll even bring a house warming gift:).

wow, that's so cool that you and your son have your own place! is it in katy? i wanna see! :) yeah, i know how you feel wanting to go out every second to buy new and cool things for your house. my mom and i are moving yet again and this is how it goes down everytime we venture to new apartments, but it's sooo fun! :)

Hi there, sure come on by.....I tried out my new stove yesterday and I somehow managed to mess up a simple little thing like cooking Lipton noodles from a pouch. I boiled too much water set on high and when I poured the contents of the package the water overflowed from the pot and went all over the place. My son looked at mer and asked if I even knew how to cook.
I am not ready to get back to school. I have no idea where I'm moving to but I think I will be on the 2nd floor. Come and find me. How's Astroworld? Tell the truth you've been to the parties haven't you? They were wild in my day when I worked there.
