It's been a few days

Summer school has been going great. The more I am around teenagers the more I feel like I am making a difference and the more I learn about them and myself. Too often I think adults get bogged down in only one narrow view point of children and don't really listen to what they have to say. which is why I have always treated my son like a person

if i ever had a child i'd never speak to them in baby talk. i hate baby talk. sometimes when i'm around children i do talk differently i guess to make them comfortable because that's what they are used to, but if i raised a child of my own, i'd treat them like a normal person. reality is thin.
