Saw Serenity with Ann, Steph, and Gordy. A good movie. It had its problems, but I enjoyed it. River came off as too Buffy-lke for me, and some of what happened to the characters I didnt like. Especially when Simon Tam turned out too be an Alliance Spy! Kidding

Given that I don't get HBO, I'd prefer movies. :) Or, at least, a really fast turnaround to DVD release of an HBO series.
