There is an important difference between fingerprints and values though.

Prints - except in crimes - leave no lasting impression. Values, on the other side, can change the course of a life.

I am who I am also because of people

You have such a gift for finding the profound inside the seemingly mundane. I have had a difficult time putting a finger on why, exactly, I find your writing so compelling, but I think that's the reason. Being from a different time and a different part of the world, it's not always easy for me to relate, but I nevertheless frequently find myself absolutely enthralled by your words, and this time around was no different. Excellent work!

Thank you so very much! In general, I simply try to strip away as much as possible from what starts as a flow of consciousness outpour of memories. I try to keep just the most essential parts of the experience, as it is anchored in my mind.
