We rescued some survivors from the shipwreck, but one of them turned out to be the bomber who bombed the ship and he attacked me and took my sword and is trying to escape now. I'm trying to locate him with some... special measures for now, but be careful if you spot him.

Yes, that's the one. Dirty blond hair and a fresh scar on his right cheek. I doubt he could get much use from my sword considering its nature but... its best to be careful.
