yay for having the new washer/dryer. I can't imagine living without. We had an apartment set up years ago and it worked just fine and dandy for us!

WOW! I can't believe you guys went so long! I'm glad you have the new units and can get this problem fixed. Have you guys thought of taking some kind of recourse towards the Laundromat? This was such a problem, perhaps complaining to the city? At the very least doing that will leave something on record if others come forward. Or perhaps going to 7 on your side to expose this crap so others wont' go through what you guys did.
