Remember that house I mentioned down below? As of last night we have a fully signed purchase&sale agreement on it. Well! Good fortune with that project. Hope that works out better this time. Also I think I'll be driving by your house on the way back Thanksgiving night, so if you want I can drop off that Star Wars Animated 1-10 tape. Although watching it will require going through the first season of Teen Titans eps, so you'll have to decide if that's worth it to you. I'll be in Troy so lmk.
Slightly related: You would not believe how many words, how many times I just had to retype. Apparently it's time for bed.

So far, so good. Inspection went well, if a bit long. The guy was very helpful in explaining a lot of stuff to us first-time home-buyers, which was great, but he was also very full of extraneous commentary. It took about four hours when we were expecting two max. Still, better than someone who doesn't tell you anything. We'd definitely recommend the guy, with a warning. ;-)

Just enough was in need of repair or further investigation by professionals that we're trying to get some free appliances thrown in, but not so much that we're concerned about the actual repairs being too big or expensive. The owner made the mistake of telling us she doesn't need the fridge, mower, or snowblower and doesn't want to have to deal with moving the fridge, so that gave us more haggling power than she probably should have.
