Beach Speed

Even when the crowds are here, life is relaxed at the beach.  After doing some local shopping in the rain I noticed cars had been riding my bumper all day. I was driving at beach speed. They had someplace to go. I was already there.

Friday morning we drove from the farmlands of western RI through the city and around Narragansett Bay to Newport.

There is such striking contraast in the landscape from what I usually see in your photos of AZ.

Is it making you homesick?

I can't say I'm homesick but there are some things, places and people reminding me of how nice it is to be home.... even for only 10 days.
