Tempe is a college town but given the fact Arizona State University is the largest school in the nation it does not have a quaint college town feel. The downtown Mill Avenue district at ASU is fantastic. I'm glad to be living closer to the action. There's plenty to do in this city with many events taking place downtown, festivals, concerts, ASU

I've been looking at rentals in that area. Most are too expensive for me, but we'll see. Something may come up yet.

There's a wide range of options in Tempe, from houses, condos and apartments in all price ranges but the closer you get to ASU the more expensive it gets. We looked at many homes before finding this place.
