I may have spelled that wrong. But they've officially declared me Nutropenic. Which means. That my white blood cell count has dropped so low i'm officially subseptible to infections. If I leave my room. I have to wear a face mask. Anybody who comes into my room has to scrub their hands and put on a mask. Oh great!!!!

Keeping you in my thoughts Jeff -- Just called your cellphone and left you a voicemail.

I asked a nurse friend online what Neutropenic means and the chemo did that to you....hopefully you will be back to normal soon. Also came across:

Please ask your doctor what we can and can't bring you food-wise. I know you love milkshakes & pizza -- want to be able to bring you comfort foods that will also support your immune system.

Great to visit with you last night. I didn't sleep well and am feeling sinus stuff going on so I am going to have to pass on visiting today.

not a problem. I totally understand. I still have your movie. So whenever you want to come by and pick it up.

I may still get to go home on Friday. We're not too sure yet

OK....I know I'm going to get flamed for this but you guys need to help and encourage Jeff to kick the cigarettes...a stupid idiotic and dirty habit which can be a total man repellent, not to mention which is a proven health killer. Just ask what Peter Jennings thinks about cigarettes these days.

I'll get off my soap box....I hear the wood splintering as a I try to dodge the poison darts and arrows...
